Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
      • Use recruitment channels to attract students for study abroad programs.
      • Develop marketing strategies to promote programs.
Application Screening and Evaluation:
      • Review and evaluate applications based on academic and language skills.
      • Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and motivations.
Coordination and Liaison:
      • Liaise between students, advisors, and international partners.
      • Coordinate logistics such as visas, housing, and credit transfers.
Administrative Support:
      • Maintain accurate records of applicants and program details.
      • Assist with creating promotional materials and organizing info sessions.
Student Support and Guidance:
      • Provide guidance throughout the application and pre-departure phases.
      • Address inquiries about program specifics, travel, and cultural adjustment.
